Writing Day at the Chapels of Rest

Join us for a day retreat at the deconsecrated Chapels of Rest just outside of Stroud on the Bisley Road.

The intention of the day is simple - for a small group of writers to gather and write together in peace.

There’s a curious alchemy that conjures words on a page when we get together in this way - we’re not entirely sure why it works, but we know that it does.

Tea and coffee making facilities are available on site. There is also a toilet, although we’re afraid that its not currently wheelchair accessible.

You can see right out towards the Severn Vale from this venue - bring your own lunch and enjoy the view!

We have kept the cost for this retreat super low as a trial run of the space.

Looking forward to seeing you there!

Time: 10am - 4pm

Place: Chapels of Rest, Stroud Cemetery, Bisley Road, Gloucestershire, England, GL5 1HJ (parking on Bisley Road).

Cost: £15
