Membership
Are you looking to join a community of like-minded writers for encouragement, support and feedback?
Joining the Dialect community through our new membership scheme is a great way for you to connect with other rural writers, gain confidence and carve out regular space and development time for getting your words into the world.
We have three levels of membership, offering progressive support for the development of your writing:
Meadow offers a weekly online writing hour and writer’s social plus access to a WhatsApp chat group for writers. Meadow is free to caregivers and anyone on benefits (if this is you, please email us on dialectwriters@gmail.com and we will get you all set up).
Mountain offers the same as Meadow, with the addition of an hour each month of one-to-one mentoring time with one of our acclaimed authors from our GROW scheme.
When? Online writing sessions will take place on Saturdays 8am - 9am, Mondays 10am - 11am, Wednesdays 7pm - 8pm.
Our socials, Dialect Dinners, take place online at 7pm, usually on a Wednesday. See our events for more details!

Meadow Membership is our easy access support package to help you carve out time to write and join a community of fellow writers that will nurture and support your growth. Meadow is free to caregivers and anyone on benefits in rural spaces.
Mountain Membership is for those who are ready to take their writing to the next level. Mountain gives you the benefits of a weekly online writing hour, a monthly prompt to inspire you via email, the opportunity to build your network with a writers' WhatsApp chat group, a regular online writer social and one hour of professional 1-to-1 mentoring time with one of our award winning mentors (worth £57.50).
